FitMorph is a browser extension, and the server it uses, provided by TANILAN CCONSULTING LLC ("Tanilan CC", "we", "us"), a Virginia limited liability company. By installing or using FitMorph you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall it.
You must be 18 or older to use FitMorph. You may enter measurements for other people you shop for, such as your children, only if you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.
FitMorph reads the size chart on clothing product pages you visit and suggests a size based on the measurements you enter. It is free.
A suggestion depends on the store's size chart, how FitMorph reads it (an automated system that can make mistakes), and the accuracy of the measurements you enter. Stores' charts can be incomplete or wrong. A suggestion is not a guarantee that an item will fit. Check the store's own information before you buy. Your purchase, and any return or exchange, is between you and the store.
FitMorph is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or paid by the stores it works on. Store names, products and size charts belong to their owners.
Use FitMorph for personal shopping only. Don't access the FitMorph server other than through the extension, send automated or bulk requests, try to get around its limits, or interfere with its operation. We may block requests that do.
How FitMorph handles your data, how long it is kept, and how to ask us to access, correct or delete it are described in the Privacy Policy.
FitMorph is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may be unavailable at times, and we may change or discontinue it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, TANILAN CCONSULTING LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the cost of items you buy, return or exchange, arising from your use of FitMorph. Because FitMorph is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using FitMorph after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
